  9. ~~~~~~~~~~~
  10. TicTacSpot is the computerised version of noughts and crosses making
  11. it much easier to play with other people via local echoes or netmail.
  12. It also erradicates the need to removed multiple quote arrows. When playing
  13. by netmail a certain amount of tweaking will be needed to change the
  14. address and you should not play in an area which contains no mail as your
  15. first message will have no name in the from field - who knows why!
